Explore our premium grade micro-inverters, multi-cell lithium battery protection boards, and smart energy storage control hubs tailored for modern sustainable installations.
Established in 2005, Shenzhen Litongwei Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of lithium-ion safety control systems. Over nearly two decades, we have engineered and optimized safety systems that act as the neural and vascular networks of modern energy storage architectures. Our advanced management boards and systems are integrated directly into building structures, microgrids, and local energy generation facilities.
Our comprehensive portfolio is widely deployed in 3C digital devices, electric scooters, bicycles, motorcycles, tricycles, golf carts, AGVs, drones, and heavy-duty power tools. We support our developers and contractors through intellectual property protection (patent collaboration to prevent infringement), industry-standard shared boards (designed for cost reduction and efficiency improvement), full-process traceability (meticulous quality control), and secure remote maintenance via cloud platform systems to overcome the operational and technological hurdles of scaling modern green infrastructure.
How battery safety control systems, micro-inverters, and power networks are redefining the industrial fabrication, regulatory frameworks, and installation parameters of modern buildings.
Globally, the building sector is undergoing a massive shift. Real estate developers, construction architects, and engineers no longer view structures merely as static concrete, steel, and glass. The rise of BIPV (Building-Integrated Photovoltaics) and structural energy storage systems has merged localized electrical distribution with traditional building fabrications. Modern structural building codes require developers to implement active energy monitoring, safety fail-safes, and thermal management systems directly within the walls, facades, and utility rooms of residential and commercial designs.
At the center of this transition are lithium-ion energy storage systems (BESS) and decentralised micro-inverters. Because these installations sit inside or near occupancy zones, reliability is paramount. Safety control networks, like those built by Litongwei, ensure that power surges, thermal imbalances, and structural faults are detected and neutralized automatically. High-current Intelligent Battery Management Systems (BMS), ranging from 13S to 23S boards supporting up to 200A, prevent localized battery runaways. They provide the foundational protection needed to qualify battery cells as certified building materials under stringent international safety codes.
Micro-inverters convert structural solar facade output to AC power directly at the installation point. This maximizes thermal and conversion efficiency while meeting microgrid regulatory requirements.
High-capacity lithium banks protected by high-amperage (100A-200A) smart BMS store grid energy during off-peak times. They feed power back to the building during peak load, cutting operating costs.
Using integrated CAN, Bluetooth, and RS485 communication protocols, property maintenance teams can monitor structural batteries in real time via secure cloud dashboards.
LITONGWEI has always adhered to the philosophy of "Technology as King, Efficient Service" in all aspects of production and operations. Our vision is to become a leading global provider of intelligent green energy management solutions, embracing environmental sustainability. Our core technologies help build clean power systems for commercial facilities, industrial parks, and smart residential developments. We believe that by building better energy protection circuits, we create safer environments. Start with LITONGWEI!
Unmatched manufacturing infrastructure, consistent R&D investment, and patent-backed protection ensure high reliability for global supply chains.
We operate over 13,000 square meters of independent manufacturing space in Shenzhen, and 27,000 square meters in Dongguan Huangjiang. Our facilities are equipped with 24 high-speed pick-and-place assembly machines and 12 dedicated PCBA production lines, enabling a monthly output of over 15 million units to support major supply chains.
We believe technology is the foundation of product reliability. To maintain this, Litongwei has reinvested more than 10% of its annual sales revenue into research, development, and engineering optimization programs for five consecutive years.
We hold over 100 patents in the lithium-ion battery protection board industry, including circuit logic, automated testing systems, and thermal algorithms. We collaborate closely with clients to mitigate patent infringement and cross-border regulatory risks.
A history of innovation, smart scaling, and regulatory compliance.
In 2005, Litongwei launched R&D and manufacturing of digital Battery Management Systems (BMS). In 2006, we expanded into power battery management system development. We secured ISO9001 certification in 2007, followed by ISO14001 certification in 2009.
We secured 8 utility model and design patents in 2011, while expanding into mobile power bank manufacturing. The Litongwei Technology Research Institute was established in 2012. We received the Del New Energy Quality Excellence Award in 2014 and the Gold Partner title from Gaogong Lithium Battery in 2015.
We upgraded our ISO 9001 and ISO14001 certifications in 2016 and achieved IATF16949 certification in 2018. We implemented a complete MES system for automated warehouse management. In 2019, we won the Guangdong Battery Industry Association Innovation Award and were recognized as a leading brand in lithium battery protection board technology for two-wheeled vehicles in 2020.
Litongwei Electronics continues to innovate by deepening its technological expertise and adopting IoT and Industry 4.0 standards. Through our Smart Manufacturing+ strategy, we drive industrial upgrades and clean energy transformation.
Navigating global building codes and clean energy mandates requires strict regulatory compliance. Litongwei designs and builds all hardware to meet CE, FCC, RoHS, and local electrical standards. Our manufacturing lines run under the IATF16949 automotive-grade quality system. This system enforces component level tracing, automated optical inspection (AOI), and full operational simulation testing.
For builders, designers, and OEM/ODM clients, we offer customized layouts to match structural fire-protection criteria, local thermal management guidelines, and seismic stability standards. We provide technical support during structural integration, commissioning, and system initialization to ensure smooth grid connections and municipal site sign-offs.
The next generation of building energy infrastructure requires high system integration, real-time edge computing, and smart health tracking.
As solid-state battery technology reaches commercial scale, our R&D teams are refining protection metrics to handle these new electrochemical profiles, ensuring early safety compliance for next-generation installations.
Future Litongwei BMS systems will integrate localized machine learning chips. These chips analyze voltage and thermal cycles to predict micro-faults, shifting maintenance from reactive to predictive.
We are developing mesh communication protocols for micro-inverter networks. These will allow individual facade segments to automatically adjust output based on local shadow profiles, minimizing system-wide losses.
We collaborate with some of the world's most recognizable brands to build highly reliable, safe, and sustainable energy storage systems.
Litongwei's partners include Huawei, Lenovo, Desay, Guoguang, Sunwoda, Eve Energy, Guoxuan High-tech, and other leading brands. We have collaborated with these industry partners for many years.
