A comprehensive view of active protection mechanisms, physical topologies, and real-time monitoring algorithms designed to secure modern energy cells.
Utilizes intelligent passive shunting and active charge-redistribution topologies to maintain cell voltage variance within ±5mV. This increases the total pack cycle-life by up to 20% and prevents single-cell overcharging.
Integrates multi-channel Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) thermistors mapped to high-stress junction points. The system implements auto-throttling and immediate cut-offs during thermal anomalies, preventing thermal runaway.
Includes hardware-level short circuit detection and dual-stage overcurrent thresholds. With ultra-fast response times (under 10 microseconds), the circuit disconnects the load before transient currents damage sensitive cell matrices.
Equipped with industry-standard communication buses including CAN, RS485, and Bluetooth. Allows seamless system integration with host controllers and real-time state telemetry transfer via cloud applications.
Controls power flow in bidirectional inverter topologies, managing the delicate transition between grid charging and battery discharge. Optimizes overall power path efficiency up to 96.5%.
Features optocoupler isolation and galvanic signal decoupling to isolate high-voltage traction packs from low-voltage microcontrollers. This protects user interfaces from high-voltage system faults.

Our manufacturing strategy leverages advanced Industry 4.0 techniques to secure both quantity and quality. The Shenzhen industrial zone features more than 13,000 square meters of dedicated research and production space, while our Dongguan Huangjiang campus expands our footprint by 27,000 square meters. These facilities enable high-volume electronic system manufacturing.
Equipped with 24 high-speed pick-and-place (SMT) machines and 12 fully automated PCBA lines, Litongwei sustains a monthly manufacturing output exceeding 15 million protection units. This massive footprint guarantees immediate component availability, short lead times, and economies of scale for B2B buyers worldwide.
We deploy a modern Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to enforce full traceabilty across our production process. Every product is stamped with a unique machine-readable serial number linking back to specific SMT lines, component batches, reflow oven parameters, and automatic optical inspection (AOI) data, simplifying quality control and field troubleshooting.
Standard design envelopes for custom integrations. All parameters can be optimized for specific application requirements.

Providing high-reliability, certified power solutions tailored to complex regulatory environments and severe operational requirements.
Modern two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and golf carts operate under harsh vibrations and thermal environments. Litongwei provides custom smart BMS with high vibration resistance and integrated cell-balancing circuits. Our protection boards help clients secure global certifications (such as UL2271 and EN15194) and comply with regulatory requirements.
Unmanned vehicles and warehouse automation require high discharge currents and rapid charging profiles. Our battery protection boards support high charge rates and integrate with internal vehicle microcontrollers via CAN bus. This gives operators real-time access to accurate State-of-Charge (SoC) and State-of-Health (SoH) metrics.
Residential balcony PV setups require high efficiency and weather-proof reliability. Our custom micro-inverters feature a 96.5% conversion efficiency and IP67 enclosures. Built to withstand environmental conditions, they support safe, local grid-feed controls, serving the rapidly growing European residential solar market.
Regulatory Compliance and Global Market Access: Litongwei's manufacturing systems operate under ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949 standards, ensuring compliance with CE, RoHS, FCC, and UN38.3 requirements. We protect client designs with intellectual property security and patent-infringement clearance.
